匠心独运——我们的实木大板桌制作过程
我们工厂不是小作坊，我们有自己的大型厂房，展厅，工厂占地10000多平，展厅建筑面积3000多平，所有实木大板都是技术娴熟的老木工师傅制作的，我也会在现场亲自监督，对每块大板的制作过程严格要求，真正做到产销一体化，让实木大板市场价格降低50%以上。
一、原木开料：厂里的木工师傅，会根据每根原木的口径、长短切出不同Size的毛板，一根巨大的原木，到最后只能切出6块大板，芯材和边料只能拿去做支架等配件。有舍才有得，只有舍弃掉芯材和边料，才能保证做出的实木大板材质稳定，不易开裂，纹理优美，才能得到客户的信任，这样生意才能做得长久。
二、毛板阴干：切好的毛板需要放在仓库自然阴干一年以上，降低木材的含水率，这些阴干过程中的板材会占用大量的流动资金，时间虽长，但是工序必不敢省，这是做生意最基本的诚信。有一些小的厂家，板材一开出来马上就继续下一道工序，这样容易造成实木大板在后期使用中发生开裂变形的问题。
三、去瑕留精阴干完的毛板如果有开裂变形的部分必须切掉，有舍才有得，只有舍弃掉开裂变形的部分，才能保证做出的实木大板材质稳定，不易开裂，纹理优美，才能得到客户的信任，这样生意才能做得长久。
四、刨板：大板需要手工打磨刨平，真正的好板打磨之前必须经过精细的刨板过程，而且没有三年的功夫刨不出好板，我们厂的大板都是选用经验丰富的刨板师傅匠心刨制。
五、抛光打磨：打磨时顺着木纹打磨，绝不纵横乱磨，否则会使木纹撕裂。纯手工精细打磨，需要经过五道打磨过程，最后用600目砂纸打磨，才能使板面平滑光整。一遍遍重复的打磨过程，很考验木工师傅的耐心。
六、上漆：底三面四的上漆工艺，才是最严谨的上漆方式。严格遵循三道底漆四道面漆的标准工艺。为了更好的保留原木的天然的纹理，选用环保木器清漆，细腻的面漆可以更好阻隔外物对大板原木的侵蚀。我们拥有专业的无尘喷漆房和一级技术员，让每块大板都完美的呈现在大家面前。
